Permission to use submissions

You grant BDAS a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide licence to display, modify, distribute and reproduce submitted photos in club services, promotions, social media and print. BDAS may decline or remove any photo at its discretion.

Privacy and consent

Do not upload identifiable people without their consent. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone identifiable has agreed to publication and use of the image.

Liability and changes

Submitters are responsible for claims arising from copyright, privacy or publicity-rights breaches. BDAS may update these terms. Questions can be sent to info@bdas.org.
